The suction is great, but cleanup is complicated and messy. I think for a "pet series" it should pick up more hair before telling me to clean the brushes. Honestly, I love my Roomba... when it works. It's been out of commission for 2 months and we've had it for about 8. Buy the extended warranty, either from iRobot or SquareTrade, otherwise you will have wasted $300+ if it decides to break after a year has passed.
