Recently moved and my old vac blew up... ordered this one through Amazon and it not only arrived quickly but it is an excellent vacuum. The stair tool really helped me clean out the yucky black dog hair that was left behind by the prior tenant (my landlord never had the carpets cleaned after they moved out). It's a nice, lightweight vac with good suction power. It seems like an excellent product so far...

We have had 3 Hoover's over our 30+ years of marriage and household, so why wouldn't we believe the next one would be any different? It wasn't, in fact maybe even the best yet. My wife likes canister type vacuum cleaners and that's all we have ever known. The very 1st one was a Hoover (wedding gift) and that's why we are still buying them.

She certainly appreciates the power of the newest one and Amazon did not leave us down. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in excellent time.

If my wife dislikes anything it would be the larger (regular floor) nozzle. She says it's at bit larger than the last generation's and is just a little bit harder to get into tight corners. Other than that, 5 stars. No regrets.
